FINANCE ON COMPANY NAME – PLEASE ADD FOLLOWING

• Company Registration Documents.

• Proof of SARS VAT and TAX registration.

• Latest FULL 3 Months' Bank Stamped Statements in Company Name (No Internet Statements will be Accepted)                    unless otherwise arranged.

• Latest Audited & Signed Financials 2 years figures (If applicable)

• Identity Documents of all members of the Company.

• Proof of Company's Physical Address & Proof of Residence for Directors.

• BRNC Certificate – Business registration certificate from license department.

• Ownership Declaration form attached. 

• Comprehensive company background. 

 

Kindly note that we may require more information as requested by the banks, we will only know once we have submitted the above. 

We cannot submit the application if we do not have ALL the required information above. 

WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY JPEG OR PHOTO FOLDERS

Feedback on your application will take 48-72 Hours. If there is paperwork missing or the application is not completed in full it will delay the process OR if the bank needs more information this will take slightly longer.
